Neutral Moon Studio curates its offerings to support a calm, intentional, and high-quality wellness experience for the community. Because the studio has limited scheduling availability, we review submissions as openings become available to ensure offerings align with the space and serve the needs of the community.

For yogis & wellness facilitators who are ready to create a true home for their work, our Studio Residency Membership offers the opportunity to claim a weekly or bi-monthly time to host classes at Neutral Moon Studio. This is for seasoned wellness leaders who want consistency, visibility, and the chance to build a loyal community that returns week after week. Instead of competing for space each month, you anchor your presence in the studio and allow your students to build their routines around you. Studio Residency Memberships are limited and intentionally curated to protect the energy of the space and the women who gather here. Independent Residency

includes:

  • A reserved class time at Neutral Moon Studio for 3 months with the priority option to apply for renewal

  • Use of curated studio props such as blocks, bolsters, straps, mats, consent chips, lavender towels and restorative blankets

  • Arrive 15-30 early to get settled and greet students (arrive 15 minutes early if there is a class scheduled before yours, arrive 30 minutes early if no class is scheduled before yours)

  • Depart 15-30 minutes after class (same terms as arrival)

  • 20% off additional regular hourly rental rates for special events, content hours, extra classes, etc

This is ideal for teachers who are ready to grow a consistent offering with their community.

  • (2) 60-minute Daytime Weekday classes per month - $60/month

  • (4) 60-minute Daytime Weekday classes per month - $100/month

  • (2) 60-minute Evening or Weekend classes per month - $90/month (***currently unavailable***)

  • (4) 60-minute Evening or Weekend classes per month - $150/month (***currently unavailable***)

*3-month commitment required. For 75-minute classes add $15. For 90-minute classes add $25.

This is an investment in consistency, visibility, and long-term growth. Many seasoned facilitators find that just 2-3 tickets sold for one class a month covers the entire cost of monthly residency.

Independent residents must manage their own registration and ticket sales.

Cancellations/
Rescheduling

Standing studio residency time blocks are not available for exchange with other time blocks. To book a time outside of your standing residency time block, you’ll need to reserve the studio via our standard rental rate calendar (2-hour min).

Unused Time Blocks

Reserved time blocks do not rollover.
Use them or lose them.

Partner Residency (Invite Only)

includes:

  • A recurring class time at Neutral Moon Studio for an initial three-month term, with the priority option to apply for renewal

  • A guaranteed payout per class + an attendance bonus when 10 or more paying students attend

  • Student registration and ticket sales managed through the Neutral Moon Studio website

  • Your class listed on the studio’s public scheduling calendar

  • Use of curated studio props, including mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, consent chips, lavender towels, and restorative blankets

  • Studio support with class positioning, descriptions, and the overall guest experience

  • Promotional support through Neutral Moon Studio’s newsletter and social platforms

  • Access to the studio 15-30 minutes before class to get settled and greet students

  • Studio Headshot Session before your first class

  • 20% off regular hourly rental rates for approved special events, workshops, content sessions, or additional classes

  • Substitute teacher support when you’re unable to teach and assistance coordinating approved coverage for your class

  • Weekly payouts processed on Mondays

Partner Residency Compensation

Partner Residents receive a guaranteed payout of $40 per class taught.

If a class reaches 10 or more paying attendees, the resident will receive an additional $25 bonus.

Residency Renewal

Each residency includes a reserved recurring class time at Neutral Moon Studio for an initial three-month term, with priority consideration for renewal.

An invitation to renew is not automatic and will be based on the overall success and fit of the residency. Factors may include class attendance and consistency, the resident’s cancellation and communication history, adherence to studio policies, and the overall working relationship between the resident and Neutral Moon Studio.

Residents who maintain a reliable schedule, communicate professionally, support the growth of their classes, and remain in good standing with the studio will receive priority consideration for another term.
