We love our Signature Experiences because they are thoughtfully curated around a single seasonal intention, inviting more rest when life feels full, more grounding when everything feels uncertain, more softness when your body asks for it, and more space to simply be.
While each Signature Experience offers a meaningful reset on its own, they're designed to work together, creating a rhythm of practices that support deeper integration and build capacity over time
…something that is much needed when working with the nervous system.

Curious what it's like to be part of the Neutral Moon community? First Flow Saturday is our monthly welcome experience for future members. Enjoy a Signature Experience centered around deep rest and stress recovery, then stay for tea, connection, and a cozy social where you'll meet our community, learn about Club Membership, and experience the philosophy behind everything we do.

Steady Summer Hatha Flow
Cooling Hatha + Breathwork
If you've been feeling like life has been moving just a little too fast lately, this is your invitation to slow it all down. Steady Summer is for the woman who's been carrying a lot, saying yes to everything, and can't remember the last time she took a full, deep breath. You'll leave feeling more grounded, clear-headed, and connected to yourself—with a body that feels supported instead of depleted. We'll get there through gentle Hatha movement, cooling breathwork, and an intentionally slower pace that reminds your body it doesn't have to rush.

Savasana & Chill
Guided Rest + Wellness Social
This is for the woman who keeps saying, "I'm fine," while secretly running on fumes. Girl, get in here.
Savasana & Chill is your permission slip to do absolutely nothing, literally. We'll spend the first hour helping your body completely unwind through supported rest, guided relaxation, and restorative stillness before easing into a cozy social hour with tea, light bites, and a featured wellness partner. You'll leave feeling lighter, softer, and hopefully having made a new friend or two.
Includes calming tea and a lavender eye mask.

Summer Grounding Flow
Yin Yoga + Cooling Breath
If your brain has had approximately 47 tabs open lately, this one's for you.
Summer Grounding is designed for anyone feeling overstimulated, emotionally stretched thin, or like they've been living in "go mode" for far too long. This is your chance to slow your thoughts, soften your body, and leave feeling a little more like yourself again. Through long, supported stretches, grounding breathwork, and quiet moments of stillness, we'll gently invite your body to let go of what it's been carrying all week.

The Self-Care Ritual
Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra
This is the kind of self-care that actually fills your cup. Also we’ll have tea cups if you want to fill those up too while you’re at it.
If you've been pouring into everyone else, constantly checking things off your list, or waiting until you're completely burned out to rest, consider this your gentle interruption. The Self-Care Ritual is designed to help you receive care instead of always giving it. You'll leave feeling deeply restored, supported, and reminded that taking care of yourself isn't something you have to earn. Together we'll settle into fully supported restorative postures before drifting into a guided Yoga Nidra practice that allows your body to rest on a level sleep alone often can't provide.
