Whether you’re hosting a sound bath, a meditation workshop, or a cozy gathering with a beautiful tablescape, Neutral Moon Studio offers a soft, spacious backdrop for your event. Our wellness-friendly rental package includes everything you need to create a grounded, aligned, unforgettable experience.

Neutral Moon Studio accommodates up to 10-30 people. Guest count will vary by event type so please complete our form below for a best guest count estimate for your particular event.

To maintain alignment with the energy of our space all events hosted here must be wellness-centered in nature. This includes practices such as meditation, breath work, reiki, sound healing, movement (yoga, pilates, etc) wellness workshops, somatic experiences, or cozy, restorative gatherings.

Children’s events or events with children as the main guests, birthday parties, baby showers, graduation parties are not permitted. If you have a question about the nature of your event, please email us for clarity.

faqs

Q: Do you require insurance?
Some events may require a Certificate of Insurance, we will let you know if this applies to your event, and you will have up to 14 days prior to submit one.

Q: How many guests can I invite?
We allow up to 30 guests (standing); up to 20 guests (seated); up to 16 guests (yoga) with variations for sound bath, womens circles etc. Please check with us first before finalizing your max guest count.

Q: How long can I rent the studio?
A 2-hour minimum is required for all events. Your rental time includes load-in, set-up, event time, break down and load-out. So if your actual event is 2 hours, than you would need to reserve 3 or more hours if your event requires set up/break down. Late departures are charged a late fee.

Q: How early can we access the building?
You can access the building at the start of your reservation. If you would like to arrive earlier, you’ll need to purchase additional time.

Q: Is there a loading dock? Elevator?
Yes

Q: Can I tour the studio before booking?
Absolutely. Its encouraged that you tour the studio prior to booking. Studio tours are available by appointment.

Q: How do my guests park?
Our building has a free parking lot and it is first-come, first-served. Our building is filled with businesses and the parking lot is available to all. There is street parking around the Castleberry Hill neighborhood if the parking lot is full.

Q: Can I move or remove the furniture?
Furniture must stay in the studio as-is. You can shift furniture for flow (with the help of a Studio Assistant), but nothing can be taken out or removed.

Q: Can I bring in giftbags, drink carts, other vendors, etc?
Yes, if you can find a place for it, you can bring it in.

Q: Do you provide chairs or tables?
No, extra chairs + tables are not provided besides what we already have, but you’re welcome to bring your own. All items must have protective bottoms to keep the floors safe.

Q: Are candles or incense allowed?
Yes with caution. We also have flameless candles + an essential oil diffuser and sage sprays.

Q: Can I serve food or drinks?
Sure as long as you bring additional large trash bags which should be left by the dumpster on your way out.

Q: What if I need to cancel?
A 100% non-refundable deposit is required to book. Cancellations made 14 days in advance receive 50% of the deposit back. Cancellations made within 14 days are fully non-refundable.

Q: Can I film or take photos during my event?
Yes! Feel free to capture your event, as long as participants have consent to be filmed or photographed. You may also request to use our in-house photography team (additional rate; based on availability)

Q: Is the studio ADA accessible?
Yes, you can access the building via ramp and access the studio/3rd floor via elevator.

Q: Can I host yoga or movement in my wellness event?
Yes, as long as the class is taught by a certified instructor.

Q: What events would not be approved?
Events for/with children, birthday parties, graduation parties, family reunions, DJ’d events, events that require loud music are some of the events that will not be approved.
