Whether you’re hosting a breathwork circle, a sound bath, a meditation workshop, or a cozy community gathering, Neutral Moon Studio offers a soft, spacious backdrop for your event. Our wellness-friendly rental package includes everything you need to create a grounded, aligned, unforgettable experience.
Neutral Moon Studio comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests (seated) or 30 guests (standing) for wellness gatherings, workshops, circles, and community events rooted in softness and intentionality.
To maintain alignment with the energy of our space all events hosted here must be wellness-centered in nature. This includes practices such as meditation, breathwork, reiki, sound healing, women’s circles, mindfulness workshops, spiritual development, somatic experiences, or cozy, restorative gatherings.

Parking (note: although we can host 30 guests in our space, our parking lot is for the whole building and first come, first serve. If guests are unable to park in our lot, they may look for legal street parking near the building. Like any downtown Atlanta event, for larger guest counts, it is suggested your guests arrive via rideshare.

Deposit + Cancellation Policy
A 100% retainer fee is required to secure your chosen date + time. Cancellations made 14 days in advance qualify for a 50% return of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event are fully non-refundable. This policy helps us honor studio availability and maintain a consistent flow for all renters.
Additional Notes:
Studio furniture, props, etc cannot be removed from the studio
No additional furniture, food, props, etc will be provided by the studio however hosts may bring their own
All outside furniture must have protective bottoms to preserve the floors

Q: Do you require insurance?
Some events may require a Certificate of Insurance. We’ll let you know after we receive your Event Request Form.
Q: What kinds of events can I host at Neutral Moon?
Neutral Moon Studio is reserved for wellness-centered events like:
sound baths
breathwork circles

spiritual development classes
cacao ceremonies (non-burning)
somatic workshops
small wellness retreats
book signings/meet and greets

Q: How many guests can I invite?
We allow up to 30 guests in the studio at any given time for wellness events.
Q: How long can I rent the studio?
We offer 4, 6, and 8-hour event reservations (4 hours minimum). Your rental time includes load-in, set-up, event time, and load-out. Need more time? You can add extra hours for an additional fee.
Q: Can I tour the studio before booking?
Absolutely. Studio tours are available by appointment. Just reach out and we’ll schedule a walkthrough.
Q: What’s included with my rental?
You get full access to the studio, including:
soft, cozy lighting presets
a neutral aesthetic space for wellness experiences
Bluetooth audio system
decor + lounge areas
access to props (for certain events)
essential oil sprays (no smoke cleansing)
Q: Can I move or remove the furniture?
Furniture must stay in the studio as-is. You can shift smaller items for flow, but nothing can be taken out or removed.
Q: Do you provide chairs or tables?
No, extra chairs + tables are not provided besides what we already have, but you’re welcome to bring your own. All items must have protective bottoms to keep the floors safe.
Q: Are candles or incense allowed?
Yes with caution. We also have flameless candles + an essential oil diffuser and sage sprays.
Q: Can I serve food or drinks?
Sure as long as you bring additional large trash bags which should be left by the dumpster on your way out.
Q: What if I need to cancel?
A 100% non-refundable deposit is required to book. Cancellations made 14 days in advance receive 50% of the deposit back. Cancellations made within 14 days are fully non-refundable.
Q: Can I film or take photos during my event?
Yes! Feel free to capture your event, as long as participants have consent to be filmed or photographed.
Q: Is the studio ADA accessible?
Yes, you can access the building via ramp and access the studio/3rd floor via elevator.
Q: Can I teach yoga or movement in my wellness event?
Yes, as long as the class is taught by a certified instructor. Yoga classes should be booked under our Yoga Teacher Rentals page (coming soon).
Q: How do I book my wellness event?
Fill out an Event Request Form. Once approved, you’ll be able to submit a retainer t to hold your date.
Q: What events will not be approved?
Events for/with children, birthday parties, graduation parties, family reunions, DJ’d events, events that require loud music are some of the events that will not be approved.
