Step into the season with intention. Join Atlanta native, writer, and certified Mat Pilates instructor Amber Davis for a restorative Spring Solstice Sanctuary workshop designed to help you move, breathe, and reflect your way into deeper grounding in preparation for a season of new growth and abundance. .
This hybrid offering blends functional movement rooted in Pilates with guided writing prompts that invite clarity, creativity, and connection. Together, we will explore what your mind and body need in this moment, creating space to let go, make room, and gently call in what is next.
