Welcome to Yoga in the Park a free outdoor yoga series hosted by Neutral Moon Studio, designed for real life, real bodies, and real beginners.
On select Saturdays at 10 AM, we gather in Grant Park, Atlanta for a soft, grounding yoga experience with rotating certified yoga teachers that helps you slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re brand new or just getting back into movement, this is your space.
This is gentle, feel-good yoga in the open air. No experience needed. Come hang, flow, and make new friends!

A Restorative Yoga Workshop

In today’s fast-paced world, rest is often the first thing we sacrifice. This workshop invites you to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and experience the healing power of restorative yoga. Through gentle supported poses, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation, you’ll learn practical techniques to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and leave feeling deeply rested and renewed.
By the end of this workshop, participants will:
Understand what restorative yoga is and how it differs from other styles.
Learn how restorative yoga supports the nervous system and stress recovery.
Practice simple breathing techniques to promote relaxation.
Experience a full restorative yoga sequence.
Leave with tools they can use at home to improve rest and manage stress.

About Natasha:
Natasha, also known as Big Mama Da Yogi, is a 200HR-certified yoga instructor passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and build confidence through movement. She believes that yoga is for every body, regardless of age, experience, or flexibility.
Her classes are rooted in breath awareness, mindful movement, and creating a supportive, judgment-free environment where students can explore their practice at their own pace. Whether someone is stepping onto the mat for the very first time or returning after time away, her goal is to help them feel strong, grounded, and empowered.
