Midsummer Sound Bath

A Journey to Rest & Renewal

led by Mallory H.

Take a pause from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in an evening of deep relaxation and restoration. As the warmth of summer invites us to slow down and reconnect, this sound bath offers a peaceful space to quiet the mind, release tension, and nourish your well-being.

You'll be gently guided into a state of relaxation while the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls wash over you, creating a calming experience that supports rest, mindfulness, and inner balance. There is nothing you need to do—simply lie back, breathe, and allow the sounds to guide you into a place of stillness.

Whether you seek stress relief, mental clarity, or simply an opportunity to recharge, this experience invites you to reconnect with yourself and embrace the restorative energy of the season.

Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready to move through the rest of your summer with greater ease, clarity, and calm.
