Welcome to Yoga in the Park a free outdoor yoga series hosted by Neutral Moon Studio, designed for real life, real bodies, and real beginners.

On select Saturdays at 10 AM, we gather in Grant Park, Atlanta for a soft, grounding yoga experience that helps you slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re brand new or just getting back into movement, this is your space.

This is gentle, feel-good yoga in the open air. No experience needed. Come hang, flow, and make new friends!

Connected IRL

A Cozy, Guided Nervous System Regulation Experience

Connected IRL (In Real Life) is a cozy, in-person experience led by Emotional Regulation Coach Mikki Bey, designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself… and each other.

In a world that keeps us constantly plugged in, this is your invitation to come back to your body, your breath, and real connection.

Together, we’ll move through a guided nervous system practice, soften into a grounding space, and gather in intentional connection and integration. Expect a calm, welcoming environment where you can exhale, be present, and simply be during this 2-hour immersive experience.

What to expect:

  • Connection circle + gentle integration

  • Tea and a calming, cozy atmosphere

Step into the world of energy healing with this immersive 4-hour Reiki Level I certification experience led by Reiki Master and Breath Guide Rachel C.

This foundational training is designed to gently open you to the practice of Reiki—an ancient, intuitive healing modality that supports balance, restoration, and energetic awareness. Together, we’ll explore what Reiki is, how it works, and the history that has shaped its practice over time.

You’ll receive your Level I attunement, activating your ability to channel Reiki energy, and begin working with it through guided self-healing and partner practice. This is a space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your own energetic sensitivity in a grounded, supported way.

By the end of our time together, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of energy work and the confidence to begin your own personal Reiki practice.

You’ll receive:

  • Reiki Level I attunement

  • Hands-on practice (self + partner work)

  • Reiki Level I manual

  • Certificate of completion

A Monthly Chakra Workshop Series

Step into a space designed for softness, curiosity, and realignment.

In this monthly workshop series, Align, each session is devoted to one of the seven chakras & inviting you to explore the energetic centers of your body with intention and care. Through a blend of gentle yoga flow, guided meditation, and grounded education, you’ll be supported in reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels both accessible and deeply restorative.

Each class offers a safe, trauma-informed environment where you can move at your own pace, deepen your awareness, and explore what alignment feels like in your body; not just during practice, but in your everyday life.

First up: the Root Chakra. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and more equipped with tools you can carry with you beyond the mat.

Come as you are. Be held in community. And give yourself permission to realign.
