A 2-hour immersive masterclass that integrates āsana, breathwork, rest, and devotion into one continuous experience. You will move through an intelligently sequenced vinyasa practice that builds progressively in strength, mobility, and focus.
Expect an 75 min guided āsana practice including standing postures, balances, forward folds, backbends, arm balances, and opportunities for inversions. The emphasis is on breath-led movement, steady progression, and clear technique rather than performance or 1 peak pose.
Throughout the practice, you will be guided to refine awareness, regulate breath, and cultivate steadiness under effort.
The physical practice will be followed by yoga nidrā for deep rest and integration.
Concluding with a sangha circle and journaling reflection, and a bhakti closing with chanting.
Prior experience with vinyasa is suggested.
Please note: this will be a recorded event; therefore admission is free. Bring a journal, yoga mat, & water bottle.
