Teach, connect, and grow with Neutral Moon Studio
Welcome to Neutral Moon Studio, a cozy wellness studio and social club in Atlanta’s historic Castleberry Hill neighborhood.
Our guest teaching program allows local yoga teachers, movement facilitators, and wellness practitioners to introduce their work to our community without committing to a recurring studio schedule. Whether you are testing a new class concept, expanding your audience, or simply looking for a beautiful space to share your work, we would love to support your experience.
Why Host a Class With Us?
Guest teaching at Neutral Moon Studio gives you the opportunity to:

Guest teachers remain responsible for promoting their experience to their own audience, while Neutral Moon Studio may also share the event through our website, email list, social media, and community channels.
Guest Teacher Payouts
Payouts are based on the number of paid attendees registered for your experience. The guest teacher payout differs depending on whether the attendee is a Neutral Moon Studio club member or a non-member.
Final payouts are calculated using the number of paid and checked-in attendees. Complimentary tickets, guest passes, refunds, and promotional registrations do not receive a teacher payout unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We generally set guest classes at $25, but if you would like the attendance fee higher or lower, let us know.
Private Event Payouts
Guest teachers may also be invited to facilitate private studio experiences, corporate wellness sessions, off-site events, birthday gatherings, bridal events, and SocialWell experiences.
Private-event compensation is established before the booking is confirmed and may vary based on:
• Experience length
• Group size
• Preparation required
• Travel or off-site requirements
• Equipment or materials needed
• Customization requested by the client
Any additional materials, assistants, travel expenses, or extended setup requirements must be discussed and approved before the event.

Want to Host a Free Community Event?
We love experiences that make wellness more accessible and give facilitators an opportunity to connect with new people.
Guest teachers who would like to host a free class, workshop, or community event may rent Neutral Moon Studio at a discounted guest teacher rate of $25/hr
Because the experience is independently hosted, the facilitator is responsible for:
• Planning and facilitating the event
• Managing registration and guest communication
• Promoting the experience
• Following studio capacity and safety guidelines
• Returning the studio to its original condition
The studio rental fee reserves the space for the agreed-upon time and includes access to our standard studio amenities.

• Voice Amp (Head mic + Hand mic)
• Wi-Fi
• Tea and coffee station
• Lavender towels
• Essential oil diffuser
• Cozy lounge seating
• Warm ambient lighting and twinkle lights
• Lofted ceilings and oversized industrial windows
• Abundant natural light
• Free parking for facilitators and guests
Equipment availability and room setup may vary depending on the size and format of your experience. Teachers should confirm any special setup needs before their event date.
Before Your Experience
Guest teachers may be asked to provide:
• A short professional bio
• A headshot or promotional image
• Class title and description
• Social media handles and website
• Relevant certifications
• Proof of liability insurance
• A completed independent contractor agreement
• Music, equipment, or setup requirements
Teachers are expected to arrive with enough time to prepare the room, welcome attendees, and begin the experience promptly.

And if You’re Interested in Teaching More Consistently With Us…
Guest teaching is a great way to introduce your work to our community. For facilitators interested in establishing a more consistent presence, Neutral Moon Studio also offers a Studio Residency Membership.
Studio residents receive a reserved recurring class time for an initial three-month term, with priority consideration for renewal. Renewal invitations are based on factors such as class attendance, reliability, communication, adherence to studio policies, and the overall working relationship with the studio.
Residency is best suited for experienced facilitators who have a following and are ready to consistently promote their offering, nurture their student community, and treat their class as an ongoing wellness business.

Payout Schedule and Cancellations
Guest teacher payroll is processed every Monday for eligible classes and private events completed during the previous Monday-through-Sunday pay period.
Payouts are based on paid, checked-in attendees. Refunded, canceled, complimentary, promotional, or no-show registrations are not included in the final payout unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Teacher Cancellations
If you are unable to facilitate your scheduled experience, please notify Neutral Moon Studio as soon as possible. Teachers are responsible for communicating any known scheduling conflicts before accepting an opportunity.
Canceled classes and events are not eligible for payout. Frequent cancellations, last-minute cancellations, or failure to arrive for a confirmed experience may affect future guest teaching invitations and eligibility for the Studio Residency Membership.
Teachers may not independently assign a substitute facilitator without prior studio approval (as we need insurance and certifications on file first).
Studio or Event Cancellations
Neutral Moon Studio may cancel or reschedule an experience due to low registration, scheduling conflicts, building issues, severe weather, facilitator safety concerns, or other circumstances that prevent the experience from taking place.
If an experience is canceled and all attendees are refunded, no teacher payout will be issued. When possible, the studio will offer the opportunity to reschedule the experience for a future date.
Any special cancellation terms for private events will be communicated and agreed upon before the booking is confirmed.
