Each studio resident brings their own energy, style, and gifts into our sacred space, creating experiences that help you move, rest, reconnect, and feel more at home in your body.

Studio Owner + Yoga Instructor + Nervous System Regulation Practioner

Kelley is a wellness designer, yoga instructor and owner of Neutral Moon Studio, a cozy wellness sanctuary for movement, mindfulness, community, and soft rituals.

For over thirteen years, she has helped hundreds of women bring their brands, stories, and visions to life through authentic imagery, creative direction, and intuitive personal brand development.

Now, as a 200-hour RYT and Nervous System Regulation Practitioner, her work blends her creative eye with her love for nervous system regulation, embodiment, and cozy ritual work. She teaches soft, grounding yoga flows, hosts wellness-centered gatherings, and supports women in building aligned, visible wellness brands that feel both elevated and authentic.

Mallory Hagen | @_malloryhazen

Mallory offers yoga classes, somatic movement, sound baths, wellness workshops, retreats, and 1:1 coaching, all designed to support nervous system regulation, nourishment, and holistic well-being. Nature is a core component of her work, especially within her retreats, where spaciousness, simplicity, and presence allow for deep restoration and renewal.

Brianna Whitfield is an Atlanta-based yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, and artist whose work lives at the intersection of healing, creativity, and self-discovery. What began in 2017 as a personal journey to ease anxiety and find confidence has evolved into a practice that invites others to do the same—through movement, stillness, and play.

With over 500 hours of training and a lifelong love of learning, Brianna’s classes are a space to explore the layers of the self—where laughter and release meet presence and peace. Her approach is gentle but honest, rooted in curiosity and connection, creating room for each person to breathe a little deeper and come home to themselves.

Amber Trammell | @wearesomabodywork

Amber Trammell is a passionate instructor specializing in Yin Restorative Yoga and Pilates, as well as a licensed massage therapist. Her classes are designed for all levels, seamlessly integrating somatic practices to enhance the connection between body and mind. With a deep understanding of nervous system regulation, Amber utilizes lymphatic and myofascial techniques to guide clients toward profound relaxation and body awareness with each class. This holistic approach not only alleviates stress but also promotes overall well-being, empowering individuals to reconnect with themselves and cultivate balance in their lives.

Annie Gornall | @annie_g__

With 12 years of personal practice and a 200-hour teacher training completed in early 2025, Annie teaches yoga as a pathway to connection to the body, to breath, and to community.
Her classes blend strength and softness — intentional movement paired with space to slow down and integrate. Annie is passionate about creating an environment for students to explore their edges while honoring their nervous systems. She is especially passionate about leading in an inclusive, welcoming space where people feel seen and supported.

Jo (Lotus) is a certified trauma-informed yoga instructor, meditation facilitator, and cultural worker based in Atlanta, GA. Her work is grounded in communal support as she strives to provide affordable/accessible classes and workshops for her local community. In addition, she is an advocate for wellness and mental health. Her work strives to continue to combine the mindfulness-based teachings of yoga with therapeutic interventions.

Brittany is a certified Vinyasa yoga instructor who guides strong, intentional flows rooted in breath and presence. Her classes balance power and ease, inviting students to move with purpose while staying grounded and centered. She creates a welcoming space where every body can grow, connect, and feel at home on the mat.

New Orleans native, Zadie Franklin is an integrative kinesiologist specializing in somatic movement, nervous system reset, and holistic body alignment. She draws on years of experience guiding individuals through embodied wellness practices and combines mindful movement, music, breathwork, and gentle somatic release to help clients restore balance, release tension, and cultivate presence. At Neutral Moon Studio, Zadie creates intentional spaces for community, reflection, and integration, guiding individuals toward wellness that’s practical, transformative, and sustainable.
