Arrival Instructions

ADDRESS //
Neutral Moon Studio is located in the Castleberry Hill neighborhood of Downtown Atlanta (near Mercedes Benz Stadium) at 141 Mangum Street SW, Suite 300, Atlanta, GA 30313. Our studio is located inside of the Koncept House (brick with black door).

PARKING //
Once you have turned onto Mangum Street, turn RIGHT down the first available gravel driveway and then our parking lot will be on your left directly behind the tall brick building with the loading ramp facing a peach dumpster. Park along the black iron fence. The lot is set up as one-way (sometimes you can't see the one-way sign). If the lot is full, please find legal street parking.

ARRIVAL //
Primary Door Access: The front door FACES Mangum Street and has a callbox to the right of it. If you are not standing on a city SIDEWALK looking at a callbox when you get to the door, you are not at the front door.

1. Find "Neutral Moon Studio" in the callbox directory and dial it to be let inside.

2. Listen for the bell chime and then open the front door.

3. Walk up the stairs directly in front of you to the 3rd floor/Suite 300 (or take the elevator available on the 2nd floor)

Q: Do I need experience to come to class?

Nope! All classes are all levels, beginner-friendly, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. If you can breathe, you can practice here.

Q: What should I bring?

Just yourself, comfy clothes, a mat and a water bottle. Blocks, blankets and straps are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

Q: Do you have mats?

We have a small number of mats in case someone forgets theirs.

Q: What time should I arrive?

Doors open 10 minutes before class. Please arrive a little early to get parked & settled, dim your nervous system, and drop into the vibe.

Q: Is there a late arrival cutoff?

Yes. Out of respect for students already settled into practice, the door locks 5 minutes after class begins.

Q: What’s the vibe of the class?

Classes led by our yin teachers are soft, cozy and intentional. These classes are designed for nervous-system regulation, grounding, gentle strength, and breath-led movement.

Q: What should I wear?

Anything comfy that you can move and breathe in.

Q: Is this hot yoga?

No, the studio stays warm + cozy, but never heated.

Q: Can beginners join?

Absolutely. Modifications are offered, and you’re encouraged to go at your own pace. This is a comparison-free zone.

Q: Do you offer refunds if I can’t make it?

Cancellations made through our website 24 hours before class are eligible for refund. Cancellations made through our yogis personal websites have their own cancellation policy which may vary.

Q: Can I film or take pictures?

Quick snapshots before or after class are totally fine. Filming during class is not permitted unless it’s a designated content-friendly session.

Q: Where do I park?

The building has its own parking lot. If full, please find legal street parking.

Q: What if I have an injury or am pregnant?

Please let your yoga teacher know before class so modifications can be offered. Always listen to your body first.

Q: Can I bring a friend?

Yes! Just make sure each student books their own spot so we can ensure enough room + props.

Q: Do you offer private or 1:1 sessions?

Not at the moment, but special workshops + seasonal pop-up classes are coming soon! And you can always follow along with Kelley’s favorite flows from your living room via her YouTube channel.

Q: What if I feel anxious about attending?

Totally normal and this is the perfect space for you. The studio is intentionally cozy, quiet, and low-pressure. Come as you are; the practice will meet you with softness.

Q: Is there a place to store my stuff?

Yes, there’s a dedicated area for shoes, coats and bags.

Q: Can I join if I’m “not flexible”?

YES. Flexibility is a result of practice, not a requirement. This studio is for real humans with real bodies.
