Work With Us

Events Assistant

We’re looking for someone who can take the lead on bringing events to life from the first inquiry all the way through to final reset. You’ll be the main point of contact for events, supporting clients, coordinating details, and working alongside our team to ensure every experience feels aligned with the studio.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll guide events from start to finish, holding both the logistics and the energy of the experience.

Event Coordination

  • Respond to event inquiries in a timely, professional, and welcoming way

  • Send quotes and provide clear information on studio offerings

  • Facilitate tours, scheduling and booking of events

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients leading up to their event

  • Communicate event details with the team to ensure alignment

Team Coordination

  • Work closely with the Content & Marketing Assistant to support event promotion

  • Coordinate with the Studio Operations Assistant for scheduling, logistics, and studio readiness

  • Manage day-to-day event communication with the Studio Owner

Event Day Support (Typically Weekends)

  • Ensure the space is refreshed and ready for host arrival

  • Greet host(s) and assist with check-in where needed

  • Support facilitators and hosts throughout their event (Events Assistant is not required to stay for the entirety of the event, but may opt to be on call via phone)

  • Troubleshoot any issues calmly and efficiently

Post-Event

  • Report any damages, notes, or follow-ups needed to Studio Owner

You Might Be a Good Fit If You…

  • Are organized but still know how to move with the flow

  • Feel comfortable communicating with clients and holding a professional tone

  • Naturally take ownership of projects and see things through to completion

  • Notice the small details that elevate an experience

  • Can stay calm and solution-oriented in a live event setting

  • Love wellness spaces, yoga, or creative environments

  • Are a strong communicator and team player

Schedule + Availability

  • Flexible, part-time role

  • Mix of remote coordination (inquiries, scheduling) and in-studio event support

  • Weekend availability (not the whole weekend, not the whole day, you’ll know in advance if you need to come in to greet host)

Compensation + Perks

  • Paid hourly and/or per event

  • Access to studio time during non-peak hours (based on availability)

  • Discounted studio bookings

  • Opportunity to grow with a creative and wellness-focused space

Structure

  • This role reports directly to the Studio Owner

This Role Is Perfect For…

Someone who loves being in it. You’re just as comfortable answering an inquiry email as you are lighting candles before guests walk in. You like owning a process, making things feel seamless, and being part of experiences that actually mean something to people.
