Welcome to FlowState, a weekend wellness series at Neutral Moon Studio, curated around the energy of each season. Every month brings a new theme and a fresh lineup of intentional classes, from vinyasa and hatha to yin, sound baths, somatic movement, restorative rest, breathwork, and yoga nidra. Some classes are active, some are slow, and some are deeply restful, but each one is designed to help you move with the moment you’re in, reconnect with your body, and give your nervous system a place to breathe.
July - The Ease Series
A July series of rotating wellness experiences for self-care, softness, freedom, and summer rest.
Sunday, Jul 5 — Free Body Flow (Liberation Flow + Breathwork
A breath-led yoga flow designed to help students release tension, create space, and reconnect with their own rhythm. Through intentional movement, grounding breath, and soft pauses, this class explores what it feels like to move freely.
Saturday, Jul 11 — Steady Summer Hatha Flow (Cooling Strength + Slow Breath)
A slow, grounding hatha practice designed to help students move without adding more heat to the body. Through steady postures, cooling breath, and intentional pacing, this class builds strength and supports a calmer summer rhythm.
Sunday, Jul 19 — Summer Grounding Flow (Yin Yoga + Cooling Breath)
A cooling yin practice for softening into the pace of summer. Students will move through long-held stretches, grounding breathwork, and intentional stillness to release heat, tension, and overstimulation.
Saturday, Jul 25 — Self-Care Flow (Feel-Good Vinyasa + Rest)
Celebrate International Self-Care Day with a feel-good vinyasa class designed to make movement feel nourishing instead of punishing. Students will flow with breath, build gentle heat, and close with grounding rest that supports simple, embodied self-care.
Sunday, Jul 26 — The Self-Care Ritual (Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra)
A restorative yoga and yoga nidra class designed to help students slow down, soften, and receive care. Through supported postures, calming breath, and guided rest, this class creates space for the nervous system to settle.
August - The Golden Hour Series
A late-summer series of rotating wellness experiences for ease, pleasure, rest, and soft renewal.
Saturday, Aug 15 — Feel-Good Hatha
A steady, body-led hatha practice for reconnecting with movement that feels supportive and enjoyable. Students will move with intention, breath, and softness while practicing more listening and less forcing.
Sunday, Aug 16 — Pleasure Principle (Somatic Movement + Gentle Stretch)
A gentle somatic class for reconnecting with movement that feels good in the body. Students will explore slow stretches, body-led movement, breath, and playful pauses that support presence and ease.
Sunday, Aug 23 — The Relaxation Ritual (Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath)
A deeply restful class created in honor of National Relaxation Day. Students will settle into supported postures, calming breath, and soothing sound to soften the body and quiet the mind.
Saturday, Aug 29 — Reset Flow (Vinyasa for Nervous System Renewal)
A breath-led vinyasa class for moving through the fullness of summer and coming back to center. Students will build gentle heat, create space in the body, and use grounding pauses to feel clear and renewed.
Sunday, Aug 30 — Soft Reset (Yin Yoga + Nervous System Care)
A yin and nervous system care class designed to help students come back to center after the fullness of summer. Through long-held stretches, grounding breath, and quiet regulation practices, this class supports steadiness and ease.
September - The Return Series
A September series of rotating wellness experiences for rhythm, grounding, balance, and coming back to practice.
Saturday, Sep 5 — Back to Basics Hatha (Yoga Foundations + Steady Breath)
A grounding hatha class for returning to the foundations of yoga: breath, alignment, presence, and steady movement. This class is supportive for new students, returning students, and anyone wanting to reconnect with their practice.
Sunday, Sep 6 — Back to Body (Yoga Foundations + Breathwork)
A grounding yoga and breathwork class for returning to the basics of movement, breath, and presence. Students will move through beginner-friendly postures and intentional pacing to reconnect with the body.
Sunday, Sep 13 — Rooted Rhythm (slow Flow + Nervous System Reset)
A slow flow and nervous system reset designed to help students feel steady as life begins to pick up pace. Through grounding movement, breath, and simple regulation practices, this class supports a more sustainable rhythm.
Saturday, Sep 19 — Peaceful Flow (Vinyasa for Inner Ease)
A calming vinyasa class designed to help students move tension out of the body and return to a quieter inner rhythm. Students will flow with breath, move through grounding transitions, and close with mindful rest.
Sunday, Sep 20 — Peace Practice (Gentle Yoga + Sound Bath)
A gentle yoga and sound bath experience inspired by the energy of peace, calm, and inner steadiness. Students will move slowly, breathe deeply, and rest in sound to soften tension and quiet the mind.
Sunday, Sep 27 — Balance Season (Equinox-Inspired Yoga + Yoga Nidra)
An autumn equinox-inspired class for grounding into transition. Students will explore the balance between movement and stillness, effort and ease, and holding on and letting go.
