Our network of insured + certified wellness facilitators are always excited to lead meaningful wellness experiences on your behalf.

Payment & Booking Terms

  • A signed event contract and paid retainer invoice is required for all bookings.

  • All invoices must be paid in full no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event date and time. Events will not be confirmed and facilitators will not be scheduled until retainer payment has been received.

  • Neutral Moon Studio does not offer net payment terms. Retainer payments must be paid via the official invoice link prior to the event.

  • For event requests submitted within 48 hours of the event start time, retainer payment must be received within (2) hours of invoice delivery in order to secure a facilitator. If retainer payment is not received within that time, an additional fee may be required to secure a facilitator last minute.

  • After 24 hours (and prior to the event) retainer payments are non-refundable. Retainer payments will not be refunded after the event start time.

  • If an event must be rescheduled after retainer payment has been received, the event must be rescheduled and completed within 30 days of the original event date.

  • Events that cannot be rescheduled within 30 days will require a new retainer payment to secure a facilitator and are subject to current pricing and facilitator availability.

  • Facilitator availability is not guaranteed until a retainer payment has been received and booking confirmation has been issued via email.
