Welcome to FlowState, a weekend wellness series at Neutral Moon Studio, curated around the energy of each season. Every month brings a new theme and a fresh lineup of intentional classes, from vinyasa and hatha to yin, sound baths, somatic movement, restorative rest, breathwork, and yoga nidra. Some classes are active, some are slow, and some are deeply restful, but each one is designed to help you move with the moment you’re in, reconnect with your body, and give your nervous system a place to breathe.

A slow somatic reset for softening tension and coming back into the body after the fullness of the holidays. Students will move through gentle stretches, breath, and stillness to support a calmer, more grounded nervous system.
Sunday, Jan 17 — The Quiet Vision (Yoga + Intention Setting)
A restorative intention-setting class for connecting with the year ahead without pressure or urgency. Through gentle movement, rest, and reflection, students will create space to listen inward and clarify what feels aligned.
Saturday, Jan 23 — Root to Rest Hatha
A steady hatha practice designed to build grounding in the body before settling into deeper rest. Students will move through intentional postures, breath, and slow strength to feel supported from the inside out.
Sunday, Jan 24 — Deep Rest Discipline (Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra)

A March series of rotating wellness experiences for softening out of winter and slowly returning to life.

Sunday, Mar 7 — Thaw It Out (Somatic Movement + Slow Stretch)
