How to Prepare for Your Yoga Session
A quick guide to help you arrive grounded, open, and ready to flow.
Whether it’s your first time joining us or your weekly moment of bliss, Neutral Moon Studio is designed to feel like a soft landing for your mind, body, and energy. Here’s everything you need to know to settle in, feel supported, and make the most of your class.
Parking and Access instructions
ADDRESS //
Neutral Moon Studio is located in the Castleberry Hill neighborhood of Downtown Atlanta (near Mercedes Benz Stadium) at 141 Mangum Street SW, Suite 300, Atlanta, GA 30313. Our studio is located inside of the Koncept House (brick with black door).
PARKING //
Once you have turned onto Mangum Street, turn RIGHT down the first available gravel driveway and then our parking lot will be on your left directly behind the tall brick building with the loading ramp facing a peach dumpster. Park along the black iron fence. The lot is set up as one-way (sometimes you can't see the one-way sign). If the lot is full, please find legal street parking.
ARRIVAL //
Primary Door Access: The front door faces Mangum Street (passed it on the way in) and has a callbox to the right of it. If you are not standing on a city SIDEWALK looking at a callbox when you get to the door, you are not at the front door.
1. Find "Neutral Moon Studio" in the callbox directory and dial it to be let inside.
2. Listen for the bell chime and then open the front door.
3. Walk up the stairs directly in front of you to the 3rd floor/Suite 300 (or take the elevator available on the 2nd floor)
1 // Arrive about 10 Minutes Early
Give yourself the gift of a slow arrival. Slip off your shoes, roll out your mat, take a deep breath, and let the outside world fade. Think of these first minutes as a mini-reset, your nervous system will thank you.
Cosmic tip: arriving early invites synchronicity and sets the tone for an aligned practice.
2 // Bring Your Mat + Favorite Props (or Borrow Ours!)
Feel free to bring your mat, straps, blocks, or that one bolster you swear is sprinkled with fairy dust. No need to stress, we also have props available for use.
Cosmic tip: choose props that feel like an “energetic hug.” Comfort amplifies grounding.
3 // Wear Something You Can Breathe In
Soft fabrics, cozy layers, neutral tones, stretchy everything — dress in whatever lets your body move freely and your soul exhale.
Think: warm, cozy Sunday morning energy.
4 // Set an Intention (Even a Small One)
Before we begin, take a quiet moment to ask yourself: “What do I need today? Maybe it’s clarity. Maybe softness. Maybe space. Maybe simply 60 minutes to not “be on.” Whatever it is, let it guide your practice.
Insider Tip: intentions are little love notes you whisper to the universe & the universe whispers back.
5 // Hydrate Like a Soft Girl on a Wellness Quest
Bring a water bottle, preferably something aesthetically pleasing (you know the vibe). Staying hydrated helps your body flow, stretch, and glow.
6 // Respect the Space, the Energy & Each Other
Neutral Moon Studio is a sanctuary. Move slowly. Speak softly. Treat the room as a place where your nervous system is allowed to relax and expand.
Insider Tip: shared energy amplifies; the calmer you are, the more the room glows.
7 // Come as You Are
Seriously! You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or “in the right headspace.” You just need to show up. Your breath will take it from there.
8 // After Class: Float, Don’t Rush
Take a few moments before leaving to honor your practice. Sit, mingle with friends, sip water, or simply lay still and soak it in. Neutral Moon is a cozy cocoon, linger if you need to. Your next task can wait a minute.
See you on the mat!
We can’t wait to welcome you into the space.
May your practice be grounding, your energy be soft, and your heart feel just a little more spacious when you leave.
