V-Day FAQs

How long will the valentines props be available?
Valentines day props will be available starting January 23; the full pop up installation will be available Feb 5-12

Will the V-Day scene be set up in advance up for my reservation?
Yes, from Feb 5-12 the valentines day backdrop will be set up and unable to be moved or removed.

Can I schedule a Mini Session Day for my clients?
Yes, photographers can schedule mini session days.

How many people can be in the studio at one time?
We allow up to 7 guests per session without special permission or an additional fee. If your project requires more than 7 people present, please let us know the nature of your event to see if we can accommodate your needs.

Do you have lighting equipment in the studio that we can use?
The studio has various lighting and photography equipment available for rent; you may choose what you’d like set up upon arrival via the booking page.

I have a reservation and need immediate assistance with something, should I dm you on instagram? Should I call you from a number you wont recognize?
If you have a reservation already, please text us via the number provided in your reservation prep email for an immediate response.

Can we access the studio early? Can we leave late?
Your building door code only activates at your reservation start time. You may not enter the studio early without permission. Please schedule accordingly.

Is food and drink allowed in the studio?
Food and drink are allowed in the studio. Dark or red drinks (ex: red wine, cranberry juice, coke, etc) are not allowed in the studio. For everyone’s comfort and enjoyment, please do not stain our very white furniture.

Are pets allowed in the studio?
Pets are not allowed inside the building our studio is located in, so subsequently pets are not allowed in the studio.

Should I put things back where they were when I arrived or should I leave the studio looking like a tornado came through it at the end of my reservation?
Please move furniture and props back to where you found them, close the windows if you opened them, turn off the lights if you turned them on and check for any personal items you may have plugged into the wall before you leave. Thanks in advance.

How do I access the studio?
You will receive easy-to-understand instructions via email on how to access the studio prior to your reservation. If you read our instructions thoroughly you will not have a problem finding or accessing the studio. If you don’t read our instructions thoroughly, you probably will have trouble finding or accessing the studio. Please read them.

Can I re-schedule my session?
We will re-schedule you for free as long as we receive your Reservation Change Request more than 48 hours prior to your reservation time. If we receive your request less than 48 hours prior to your reservation time, a $50 fee will be required to reschedule your session. We do not honor requests made through instagram dms, text or email, please fill out the correct form.

Can I cancel my session?
We will refund 50% of your total reservation cost as long as we receive your Reservation Change Request more than 48 hours prior to your reservation start time. If we receive your request less than 48 hours prior to your reservation time, we will cancel your reservation, however you will not receive a refund. We do not honor requests made through instagram dms, text or email, please fill out the correct form.

Can we tag you on instagram/tiktok?
Yes, feel free to follow and tag us @neutralmoonstudio on either platform. We love to feature our guests by re-posting images, tiktoks and reels.
