In this monthly workshop series, Align, each session is devoted to one of the seven chakras & inviting you to explore the energetic centers of your body with intention and care. Through a blend of gentle yoga flow, guided meditation, and grounded education, you’ll be supported in reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels both accessible and deeply restorative.

Each class offers a safe, trauma-informed environment where you can move at your own pace, deepen your awareness, and explore what alignment feels like in your body; not just during practice, but in your everyday life.

In this class, special attention will be placed on the Sacral Chakra, the energy center connected to creativity, emotions, pleasure, sensuality, and flow. In a safe and supportive environment, we’ll explore this part of the body and being with curiosity and gentleness through education, yoga flow, and guided meditation. You’ll leave feeling more connected to your emotions, your creativity, and the parts of you that are ready to move, soften, and feel.
