This isn't your typical Pilates class.

We move slowly. Intentionally. With presence.

This is Pilates through a somatic lens. Where the goal isn't perfection of form (although we will focus on this), but deepening your relationship with how your body moves.
Each movement is an opportunity to:
- Notice where you hold tension
- Explore where you compensate
- Discover your body's patterns
- Build strength from awareness, not force

We work with breath, fascia, and nervous system regulation, not just core engagement. You'll leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and deeply connected to your body.
