With a background as a mental health therapist and a love for mindful movement, her classes create space to for women to explore all parts of herself. Talia’s style of teaching encourages students to slow down, release self-judgment, and build a sense of safety within.
Hatha
Toi Monroe | @uptown.magnolia
Born and raised amid the rhythms and traditions of New Orleans, Louisiana, Uptown Magnolia carries the city’s warmth and resilience in every class she leads. Her yoga practice has unfolded across destinations like Mexico, Costa Rica, and Guatemala, where she’s deepened her studies and connection to the practice.
At the heart of her work is a simple truth; wellness should be available and accessible across communities, cultures, and cities. With each class, she creates a safe space for every individual to slow down and reconnect with their mind, body, and spirit.
Known for her warm, grounded presence and her ability to create experiences that feel both luxurious and deeply human, Uptown Magnolia has partnered with some of the most iconic hotels and venues to offer sold-out wellness experiences all around her community. Now, through her signature Yoga Social Club, she brings that same magic to Atlanta.
Faith Witcher | @faithwitcher
Faith is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with a gentle, nervous-system-focused approach to movement and presence. Her practice has been shaped by years of study and lived experience across Mexico, Thailand, and Bali, where yoga became less about form and more about feeling.
Each class is an offering — a space where everything she’s learned, softened into something accessible, is shared with care. Faith teaches with the intention of helping students reconnect to their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and leave feeling more grounded than when they arrived.
